At TOV Furniture – we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

Cancellations

If your order hasn’t shipped and you’ve had a change of heart, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your purchase by contacting us.

Returns

Changed your mind? If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return of your item(s). To ensure a successful return, your items must be unused and in the original packaging. All returns will be subject to Return Shipping Fee which can vary depending on the location of the return and the item. TOV does not charge any restocking fees.
Please note – if you refuse the delivery due to a change of heart or because items do not fit, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. All dimensions are available on our website for your convenience and we do offer swatches on most products. We strongly suggest you utilize these options prior to purchasing to ensure the best experience.

Return Conditions

• Products must be in new or unused condition (for example no stains, tears, or other soiling including odors). Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications cannot be returned.
• Products must be returned in the original packaging with all original product inserts.
• Clearance item sales are final, and returns cannot be issued.
• Any return shipping and/or delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

The returned merchandise will be inspected within 72 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Once we’ve determined that the product is in as-new condition, our team will process your return and issue a refund minus the return shipping fees.

Returns can be initiated by filling out our contacting us to request a quote. A representative will get back to you in 1-2 business days with the next steps. You will only be responsible for the cost TOV Furniture incurs for the return shipping.
